How to find your backer number

Log in to Kickstarter, then use whichever method is easiest.

On the website

1. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Backed Projects.
2. Find the project and click View pledge (or the round "+" button).
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Backing details tab to find your backer number.

In the mobile app

1. Open the Kickstarter app and tap your profile picture.
2. Select the specific project you backed.
3. Tap View pledge at the bottom of the screen to view your backer details.

By email

Search your inbox for your pledge confirmation email (subject: "You just backed [project name]"). Your backer number is typically noted at the bottom.

How to find your Kickstarter email

This is the email address tied to your Kickstarter account, and the one you'll verify with.

On a web browser

1. Go to Kickstarter and log in.
2. Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select Settings > Account.
4. Look at the Email address field to see the exact email tied to your account.

In the mobile app

1. Open the Kickstarter app and tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner.
2. Tap the Gear icon (top right) to open your settings.
3. Select Account to view your email address.

How to find your Kickstarter name

Enter your name exactly as it appears on your Kickstarter account.

Finding your account

1. Web browser: Go to Kickstarter, click your profile icon in the top right, and choose Profile or Settings. Your account name and Kickstarter ID are located there.
2. Mobile app: Open the side menu, tap on your profile picture, and your details will be displayed.
